Mangirish Palekar is a former international badminton player who represented India at the Asian Championships in Bangkok in 1998. During his competitive career, he represented Indian Railways for 12 consecutive years, winning 2 Gold and 3 Silver medals, along with 2 Gold medals at the World Railway Games. He also represented Maharashtra at state and national competitions and later captained the Maharashtra team in 2007.

After his playing career, Mangirish transitioned into professional coaching and established ShuttleCraze Academy, where CoachKhoj records him as Owner from 2012 onwards. Under his leadership, the academy has focused on nurturing badminton talent from the grassroots level through structured technical, fitness and competitive training.

His coaching approach draws heavily from his experience as an international-level player, with emphasis on technique, footwork, fitness, speed, agility and match preparation. ShuttleCraze players have gone on to participate and win medals across district, state and higher-level competitions.

Beyond regular coaching, Mangirish has also contributed to promoting wider participation in badminton, including initiatives aimed at creating competitive opportunities for women players through ShuttleCraze.
